It’s practical but lately it’s been really very expensive…
Response: Payless Power does offer ways on qualifying on saving on your usage It's called the Flex Pay discount with this you will receive 20% of your usage when balance is maintained at $35 or more. I admit I was skeptical about prepaid electricity but after several months I have noticed significant savings but the best part is the flexibility. The app is also very convenient and easy to use to “top off” my electricity. Definitely 5 stars.

I wish i understood my usage more. Sometimes just doesnt make any sense! I can go one day using 25 kwh to 58 kwh doesnt make any sense!!!

This is a very good company. Been a customer for almost 18 months. Have had no problems with the service, except one time when they did ‘estimates’ during a problem with daily comsumptions reporting during an unusual cold spell. After contacting them, they explained everything completely and promptly and was very satisfied with it all and understood what happened. Would recommend this company for anyone needing service.
