Simple. Straightforward. Accurate. Do not appreciate the fee for less than $75, however. Clearly, I wouldn’t have extra money if I’m having to put less at the time.

Easy to sign up and use and so far it has been cheaper than direct energy, who was my previous provider. I am paying technically 1 cent less per kwh. But direct energy was actually charging me $513 a month in winter! Impossible! But Payless power has been great so far and I keep track of daily usage.

I really appreciate how simple and convenient making a payment is. The ability to pay as you go is so helpful as it allows me to split up the payments into two payments monthly, instead of one larger payment.

We serve customers in over 400 deregulated communities in Texas with both traditional, postpaid plans on monthly billing cycles, and prepaid electricity that is pay-as-you-go with no deposit or credit check required.
We work with principal utilities throughout the state to provide electricity.
