I enjoy using the company for my power it’s reliable and easy to deal with but I really wish you guys would implement the same policies as hello energy they are pre paid as well but the give free power on the weekends for Saturday and Sunday you guys need to implement that cause many people are switching to hello energy I honestly like play less but you guys need to give free energy on the weekends so hello energy has mother over you guys and you could get more customers

For our family of 5 living on a budget I love this service. Only issue is sometimes I can’t understand why the usage goes up for the day even though we use same appliances but by far the best plan and company for our family.

We serve customers in over 400 deregulated communities in Texas with both traditional, postpaid plans on monthly billing cycles, and prepaid electricity that is pay-as-you-go with no deposit or credit check required.
We work with principal utilities throughout the state to provide electricity.
