super easy to use if you keep your balance over 35 bucks it’s as inexpensive as anything very easy to keep track of and make payments have been with them for 3 years could easily change to another company anytime I want but find this super easy I get a text everyday letting me know what my balance and usage is.. it’s great give it a shot super simple process to set up as well. Customer service is awesome as well.

The worst electric company I have ever dealt with , my bill fluctuates extremely different every day even though my living conditions in my home never change, they charge me anywhere from 10 dollars a day to 20 dollars a day for electricity. When I called to ask why so high when nothing in my home has changed they have no answer 2 weeks later it goes back down next day back up.

If the temperature is 70 one day and 50 the next, it will require more energy for your home to heat up, even if you don't change anything to your thermostat. I really use to like Payless Power when I first started with them but within the last 2 months they have been charging too much. I will be switching to another company

Bill keeps getting higher and higher as I use less and less electricity I was happy tell things were changed up on your text or ownership or whatever happened but I’m very disappointed fixing to change providers

The unusually cold weather here in Texas the past month has resulted in many customers having higher energy usage. Even if heaters are used sparingly, they require so much energy to warm a home when it gets below freezing. This is looking more and more like a scam each week. Im on a pre pay plan which means i only get what i pay for in advance but im starting to get notices abt a negative balance even after i add more money to the account……extremely dissatisfied….dropping service

This time of the year is so bad I find myself at a negative balance EVERYDAY! Wtf. im not even home all day and still manage to spend around 20$ a day ??
