I love paylesspower I have been using them for about 4 years now I would never go anywhere else! They are so friendly and helpful in anything I need I likw the new features of the websit, it makes it so easy when I want to add money. Not to mention the texting alerts to keep me informed on my balance. Over all I am very pleased with this company and with continue using and refuring people to use.

Could improve on call waiting time

We apologize if you have waited to speak to a live representative for a long period of time, it is something we have been working on to change, we do offer the option for us to call our customers back if they can not hold, and the payless portal has been updated so that our customers can navigate and make adjustments with out having to call in and be put on hold!!! Easy service can be a little pricy but overall satisfied.

Payless Power does offer ways on qualifying on saving on your usage It's called the Flex Pay discount with this you will receive 20% of your usage when balance is maintained at $35 or more.
