Before they changed systems in the daily text it would tell you how much money you spent and the kilowatts and now they only send you a text of the kilowatts and balance, which does me no good I rather have my kilowatts, how much it came to and my balance daily like it use to be!

Once we get our Transaction History added to the MyPayless customer portal, you'll be able to see how much you've spent there. Stay tuned!
We are New customers to pay less power and are very satisfied. We love knowing how much money we have for electricity and the daily alerts. This is the way companies should do business.

I really like this system. It helps me keep track of how much electricity I use a day and really puts things in perspective. I live in an apartment complex that a lot of teens and young adults use around my age, so I reccomeded this to the main office for new renters for kids who just moved out. Super easy to use and good to help understand how much you use a day. I love it. So now because of me, and how much I like this energy provider, my apartment complex is recommending Payless Power to new renters who need help choosing. They are always super poilite and helpful to explain. I paid 50$ to get it set up and all of it when towards my electricity. I get txts every day telling me how much I’ve used so far, how much I have left, estimated days of electricity I have available, and a link to add a payment if I want to. It’s my first provider and I don’t think I’d ever change.
