I am consistently being locked out of my account, the customer service has not been the best. Rates are high and I’m too busy to have to call and make a payment on my account when they feel like blocking my account. Really considering switching providers

Your usage can be tracked through the My Account Portal at paylesspower.com or you can use the smartmetertexas.com website, which breaks your usage down into 15-minute intervals. Great just wish when switching over to monthly from prepaid they transfer the money over in credit
