I have been a customer with payless power for over a month and generally enjoy the service and process. I did encounter an issue in the first month, where the daily email for my account balance did not go through, it was sent to me for about 3 days and stopped completely, which contributed to me forgetting about the payment and power got cut off in a summer day 🙁 it somehow got fixed and emails started to come through in this past weeks, and my experience has been wonderful with this company.

We do apologize for that discrepancy, anytime you don't receive a email or text the latest is by 9:30 am please call in to notify us, to avoid disconnections occurring, & also to keep us aware that you are not receiving these notifications as these are the main ways we communicate to the customers. Accounts funded after 6:00 PM, on Sundays, or on holidays will be connected first thing the next morning. Actual timing depends on your local utility company.
