So easy. I thought the idea of pay as you go was strange at first, but I love being able to track daily usage. This so easy to use/pay. Straightforward website. Cant imagine goiing back to monthly bills. Why doesnt everyone do this???!!!

So far so good – I do think that a simple lowering of the per KwH by just one penny would really make your service significantly more competitive. I personally think it is a little high if you ask me but right now my current situation limits my options. Take for instance using me as an example – my situation is temporary and when it changes in the near future I will be looking at different options to lower my electricity costs.
