The utilities are: Oncor in the Dallas and Fort Worth Metroplex and various parts of West Texas; CenterPoint Energy in Houston and the surrounding areas; AEP Central in Corpus Christi and surrounding areas; and AEP North in Abilene and other North Texas communities.
