I recently just started with payless power it’s been a couple months ! I love it because I feel like it’s easier to be in control of the power used in my house.they send me a daily balance text, so it’s easy to stay on top of my bill.Thankyou Payless Power for “lighting up our life”!

I really like the daily messages that let you know where your balance is at, and like the fact that you can control how much electricity output you can have within your apartment. I’ve just recently started, so I hope this keeps up! Just gotta get certain power saving energy lights and your bill should be positive easily.

Simple and efficient account setup, great rates, and I never have to worry about forgetting to pay the bill with the auto pay feature. I will never buy my electricity any where else!!!

super easy to use if you keep your balance over 35 bucks it’s as inexpensive as anything very easy to keep track of and make payments have been with them for 3 years could easily change to another company anytime I want but find this super easy I get a text everyday letting me know what my balance and usage is.. it’s great give it a shot super simple process to set up as well. Customer service is awesome as well.

I spoke with a customer service agent, and I’m talking about old school customer service she was so pleasant on the phone, so much enthusiasm in her voice, she was very helpful in helping me open my account and get started with my electricity plan.
