If they get my service on 4-6 hours like they said, 5*. If it is not on when I get there, it will go down. This rating is on their Word. We will see how good it is very soon.

Based off of customer service alone, this was an easy experience which started off not so great because there was a switch hold from a previous tenant! I was able to get this taken care off ASAP and make a payment!

Sign up was simple, payments are easy. I compared rates and plans of many available energy providers in my area in terms of convenience, affordability, and flexibility, and found this to be the most compatible with my needs. I love getting a daily notice of my usage as well as my balance! I always know exactly where I stand.
