The set-up and activation process was fairly easy and quickly connected. I really like that they send a text about balance and usage daily. Paying online is a very simple process as well.

I have used payless power for 4 years and love it. I will probably never go back to a large electric provider again. They even help out if you can not make your payment the day you fall below a 0 balance. They are very easy and fast to get a hold of. They make you feel like you’re a customer not just an account number.
