Really good service. I had service the entire time during the snowstorm in Texas. The customer service representatives are always friendly and helpful when I call in. The only downside is that with a prepaid account they disconnect your service as soon as you are negative which you don’t know until the day of. It would be nice if it could be extended to the next day. With me it’s not money it’s time and I don’t do contracts at these kinds of businesses.
