I’m so glad & grateful to have Payless power as my electricity provider. As a prepaid provider it’s not as costly as everyone thinks…atleast no for me. They have been so understanding & helpful during the entire covid chaos. The staff I’ve had the pleasure of talking to are so polite and willing to help find solution or answers to my questions. The worst company they charge me 30 dollars a day if there were negative stars to show how bad they are I would definitely choose negative stars
Response: Mr Martinez- Your comments state that you are very upset because on some days your charges are up to $30 per day. This is a huge problem and a review of your usage clearly shows why you are upset. Your home is consuming a lot of power and . This is presumably because the low temperatures in your area have ranged between the teens and 30s almost every night this month. Someone will be reaching out to you to discuss your situation.
