This is my first time having prepaid lights and I’m really enjoying having them. I like being able to track my usage daily. I like being able to add however much I can afford to my account.

I like your company. I like the email updates, this let’s me know my electricity I consumption and how I can save. One thing I would like to see is how to pay the amount we can afford and not be imposed a certain amount. I there is a reason for this option I would like to know.
Response: Ms. Ramirez- Thank you for your comments. Payless Power does have certain payment rules and these are generally in place to ensure that the customer’s payment is enough to ensure service. If your account balance is positive, you can make payments as small as $20.00 Please keep in mind there is a fee of $4.95 to post a payment less than $150 on some plans but on most plans this only applies to payments under $75.00. Accounts funded after 6:00 PM, on Sundays, or on holidays will be connected first thing the next morning. Actual timing depends on your local utility company.
