I love the service and being able to control our usage but if I may make a suggestion on extension time. I feel we should have extension of 72 hours after we go into the negative because sometimes it run out a couple days before payday. Hopefully Payless power would grant us all this type of extension. Also, that when winter comes the rate of usage should slow down. I put 120 dollars on the 12th of December and it said I had 16 days remaining but now it’s the 18th and I’m in the negative because I try to keep the house warm for me and my children. Other than that I still love the company just hopefully they think of my suggestion for extension time. Thank you for the help and electric service .

Payless Power offers 2 types of extensions, Same day account protection till 8PM, and a deferred Payment Plan where a credit is applied to your account and this will give you an extension for a few days. Customer service is very very professional and reliable I would recommend this to everybody I know I think everybody should be with this company Payless power is great if you are hesitating do not hesitate go with Payless power I would rate them at 10+10 thank you Payless power you are the best

Easy to make payments, customers service people are very polite, and they know what they are doing. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

I like this light company. My rates have changed I don’t know why but I was paying 5.45 in daliy cost now am paying 12.77 that’s a big jump don’t understand it

Response: Tracey- Your comments state that your daily costs more than doubled and you do not understand why. You are correct in stat you saw considerable increases over the Christmas holiday weekend. This aligns with the arctic blast that say temperatures plunge to around 10 degrees and stay in the 20s for multiple days. When this happens, your heating system will most like be running nonstop. Luckily , you are now seeing your usage return to more normal levels now that the weather has warmed up. If you visit your My Account Portal you can see your daily usage and how it is affected by each days high and low temperatures. You can also see your usage history by the hour. Many customers see that their usage in the winter actually spikes overnight when they are asleep because this is when its coldest outside.
