It is very self explained. Really easy to load your account and it is very cheap. And combined. You don’t have to pay the full amount you can pay every week like $50 and you’ll be good. Instead of paying $250 in a single transaction. Idk I’m liking it.

Access to power when you need it and where you need it.. quick fast and easy to get power up nad easy to pay.. wasn’t shure what I was going to do when I moved to a new town that mostly broke my pockets, but a friend told me about his power plan and it’s been the best decision Ice made since being here.. 5 stars

This is such an easy service to use! In the 4 years I’ve been with this company I’ve never had a single issue. Great communication, quick to hook back up when normal power outages for the area occur, couldn’t expect anything better.

Onboarding was easy. I’ve only had one misunderstanding with the company. During this ordeal, the company corrected my account, called and communicated throughout the whole process, texted updates to my account and resolved the whole issue. You can truly judge a company on how they handle you during conflict resolution. Once everything was resolved I opened a second account. I have complaints.
