My daily rate is increasing and I’m barely home.

Your daily billing can be reviewed via the My Account Portal at paylesspower.com , as it breaks down what charges you received for any given day of billing. As for usage, we do provide customers a look into their usage via the My Account Portal as well, with the usage insight graph they can find on the dashboard. We also recommend using the smartmetertexas.com website, as it breaks down what you used into 15-minute installments, so you know how much you used and when.
