Easy to pay.. kind of expensive

One is the FlexPay discount where if you maintain a balance of $35 or more at all times you receive a 20% KW discount, and another is received by using more than 17 KW per day!! Good job! They try to make it easy and convenient to make your payments online 24/7, seven days a week.
Response: We try to provide all our customers with multiple payment options that are available to them at any given time. Not only can you make card payments over the phone with a live representative, but you can also make card payments on the online customer portal and automated phone line. We also accept cash payments at our numerous moneygram locations such as Walmart, Ace Cash Express, and CVS! Whether you live in a large city or small town, Payless Power can save you money on your Texas electricity. We serve customers in over 400 deregulated communities in Texas with both traditional, postpaid plans on monthly billing cycles, and prepaid electricity that is pay-as-you-go with no deposit or credit check required.
We work with principal utilities throughout the state to provide electricity.
