Liked the quick process but did not like the jump from 7.8 to 10 on the price

We do offer the Flex Pay discount to all our customers if they keep the account balance above $35.00 they receive the 20% discount on the price per kilowatt. We also offer a discount on the daily fees for the customers who use at least 17 kilowatts a day. Good company, great service. I like knowing how much electricity I use day to day instead of getting a surprise bill each month. I feel more in control. I can turn off and on, plug in or unplug, turn up or down the ac/heater and know the KW I am using.
