Like that they message you when your low. The only thing I don’t like that you have to pay more than your negative balance if and when it gets that way . Other than that I think it’s a reasonable price also depends on how much you use during the day and night .

When I couldn’t afford my light bill, pay less power help me out to have a new contract pay as I go
