I think Payless Power hands down has an award winning system.I LOVE LOVE LOVE EVERYTHING about it. From all the different options available so you can keep your power on & keep your dignity. The 2 things I like best about Payless Power is #1 their automated system never makes me feel stupid or make me mad ,where all the rest do and #2 is their AWESOME Customer Service. I have to give a shout out to Monique & the agent that sits next to her. They are Friendly, knowledgeable fast and take the time to make sure all your questions are answered. How during the system change over they stay past quitting time to make sure all customers waiting on the phone get answered. If I could I would buy them all lunch or give them a raise.

The penalty for not paying 75.00 is predatory and immoral.
