Was not informed about the daily fee

By maintaining a balance above $35 you can save 20% off our standard rate. Payless Power does offer a discount to lower the daily fee when more than 17 kwh are consumed. After reviewing you account your only consuming less than 17 kwh, so you're currently not receiving that discount. By maintaining a balance above $35 you can save 20% off our standard rate. Playless Power does offer other ways on saving when 17 kwh or more are consumed you'll receive a discount off the daily fee.
