I did not like that it was my account was accumulating so much debt and you guys sent no warning. The website interface is pretty bad, there’s no guidelines on how or when to make an account to keep up to date with your bills

Don’t use that much power and it’s looking like my first month I’ll end up paying around $195.00 or over. I’ll see how the next month turns out, it it’s about the same, I’m switching. I’ve never paid this much in San Antonio, the most I’ve paid was $120.00 a month the lowest was $93.00 big difference.
