Payless Power does offer ways on qualifying on saving on your usage It's called the Flex Pay discount with this you will receive 20% of your usage when balance is maintained at $35 or more. Wish rates per kw to get savings was lower and what to keep it above wad lower # but for the most part satisfied.

They are money snatchers. Don’t go with them. As required i have to active for 30 days in order to receive promotional credit and i did stay active for more than 30 days and receive credit but when I disconnect their service. They arseholes charge me with reversal promotional credit. So they took back my credit. Please don’t go with them. They don’t deserve 1 start as well.
