I feel that my rate is significantly higher than what my contract states. I don’t understand why I pay so much for the small amount of wattage that I use.

Customers can always review their current plan on the Electricity Facts Label via the My Account Portal at paylesspower.com This document will show you the details of your current plan, including price per kWh used, as well as the daily charge and any Early Termination Fees. Our 6 and 12-month plans are fixed rate, meaning your charge per kWh from Payless Power does not change. Keep in mind that for you can also see a breakdown of your billing via the My Account Portal, which lists any charges you received for your daily billing. That was simple. Straight forward energy billing website. I keep my account loaded and my lights stay on! When I need to refill they’re right there. Even nice enough to suggest how much to load up with. 10/10

TRASH COMPANY.CHARGES ARE TOO HIGH

Payless Power bills it's customers based on the amount of electricity they use. If your home consumes more electricity, the higher charges you may see on your billing. This is especially true during the summer and winter months, where customers historically use more power than they typically do.
