this company is a thief. On Thursday, July 9, they took away my electricity, I had a positive balance, I had no electricity for more than 24 hours, I had to go to sleep in a hotel, I have 3 little girls. They kept charging me as if I had electricity. I call by phone and they hang up the call. they don’t deserve even 1 star
Respuesta: Ms Lopez- You comments state that you were disconnected on 7/9 when you had a positive balance and due to this you had to sleep in a hotel with your 3 girls. This is not a good thing under any circumstances so you comments are completely understandable. . What I see is that 7/8 your account balance fell negative and since no account protection was applied, a disconnection request was sent and completed. You called and made your payment to restore service and we sent a reconnection order however there was an issue that caused this order to be rendered inexecutable. We sent a follow up order later that afternoon which showed to be worked successfully but you still had no power. This was resolved on 7/9 when a Centerpoint technician went to the home. I do see that you called on 7/14 and requested a callback through the automated system. When we tried to call you back we could not hear you and released the call due to no response. A supervisor will contact you to discuss your experiences and to advised what we can do to help . You can also call us at 888 963 9363 for assistance. Publicado el July 27, 2021
