Like that i can make payments but rates are way higher than what i was paying with other companies such as reliant, txu. Its a bit of rip off but again i like the fact that when u fall on hard times you can make payments to keep lights on

I will be switching this weekend. When I live alone in a one bedroom, my bill averages $60-$70 tops. With your company, I am paying that within two weeks and I am very conservative with electricity. I don’t even have many appliances and I’m getting charges of $8-$10 for one day. It’s a rip off. I wouldn’t recommend, especially not for long-term use.

This company over charges I pay $6 a day and live in an apartment that is 500 square feet. Such a rip off

You can get more details about your meter if you register it at http://www.smartmetertexas.com This will show you in real time what you have already consumed in increments of 15 mins. Expensive, but I just needed this for a short period of time. I feel like I get overcharged a lot. Mainly because I’m barely home.
