They took down my email wrong so I can’t log in to pay and service is going to be disconnected over the weekend. What kind of electric company just isn’t available over the weekend to accept payments. The automated system is BROKEN! Unacceptable.

I have been trying to cancel my service for almost 2 weeks and it is incredible that nobody answer, when you say CANCEL MY SERVICE immediately the phone call hanging up and the worst part, still doing charges of my service even we have a new electrical supplier since 3 weeks ago.

Thiefs who placed a disconnect order on my account and then continue to charge me daily not only that, but I was not able to make my payment online and it was after hours they told me to reach out to an email where I can contact somebody after hours nobody ever got back to me the next day I owe even more money. Meanwhile, the disconnect was still active. Makes no sense.

I would give this company 0 stars. I don’t recommend them at all..they’ll shut your shit off for being .01 $. Over … They make up usage that you don’t actually use ..when I leave out for work everyday i shut my breakers off. And I shut off the main .. so tell me how am I using electricity…on top of that if u do get disconnected… ******* forget about the “well get ya back on within 2 hrs. They’ll do it whenever they feel like it.. again . DO NOT GET THIS COMPANY). you’ve been warned so do say u wasn’t

The most expensive energy provider. I switched from TXU to Payless power but it turned out to be worse. It hurts to pay $20 dollars almost every 3 days and having to pay close to or more than $300 a month plus every few they charge for not paying the $75 they request. After September no more Payless power.

I would give zero stars if I could. Payless Power has been the most frustrating and expensive electric provider I’ve ever dealt with. I was paying almost $300 a month for a small one-bedroom apartment, and most of that wasn’t even for electricity — it was fees on top of fees. They cut off your power immediately if your balance drops too low, and to reconnect, you have to pay at least $20, plus a $4.95 fee unless you pay $75 or more. It’s ridiculous. An agent even confirmed that a large portion of my payments were just covering fees, not actual usage. If you’re low on funds or have bad credit, this company is not here to help you — they’ll just drain every dollar they can. No flexibility, no real support, just a system designed to keep you barely afloat while charging you for the privilege. Avoid this company if you’re struggling financially. They’ll make it worse. Also 23-35 per kw is CRAZY! My ac stays on 74 i barley even use my electricity only at night time even then it’s my Tv. Steer clear, be ware of switch holds scammers !

Price is entirely to high for any family seem like I’m always paying with a low balance I don’t like the pay as you go service and will switch asap to another company when I add up the payments sent it way more than paying monthly

Worse company ever I would’ve given it a 0 star if I could I regret choosing them They’re good at the beginning but after couple weeks the increase starts Thieves!!!! They’ll still charge u $30 and disconnect ur power even after making a payment nd if u call before disconnecting they’ll tell u they can’t do nothing nd go ahead disconnect u + charges That’s why I conclude their scammers !!!!!!!!
