Worst experience ever.. ripped off on the money .. they said while signing up no contract and use post paid plan and then when disconnected they charged money as early termination. i will not recommend this comany

Looking at your case here, we were not able to start services because your local TDSP (Transmission and Distribution Provider) requires a permit from your city to proceed with the order to start service. I usually have good service and no complaints but today I payed my bill and it shows my account balance in the positive but my electricity is still off and I have four kids at home and my youngest is only one and a half and she has an immune disease. I don’t have many friends or family around here and can’t afford a hotel room. So I don’t get why my electric is still off and has been for hours. There’s no power outages or anything
