Said no depositely and I had to put money on there in the hospital so I had to do it because my dog at home and then it’s prepaid why would I have a cancellation fee after 6 months that’s so stupid

We understand you may have concerns with your plan details, and may need clarifications on your services, which we would be happy to provide. Keep in mind that Payless Power is a prepaid electricity service, so we do not require a deposit like a post-paid (monthly billing) company. The initial payment that we require is your starting balance for your prepaid services. In regards to the Early Termination Fee, both of our 6 and 12 month prepaid plans are contracted plans with a $99 Early Termination Fee. Too many hidden fees besides the $0.16 per kw hr ss it’s advertised but almost doubles due to “fees” lame

It's definitely important that customers have transparency with our services, especially with any fees that may be involved with their billing, and it's understandable if you're not pleased with any of the fees we charge.
