I love the daily prepaid concept of this company, but there needs to be more kilowatt explanation up to the second, or at least same day. You guys send daily texts of how much power is available on that morning around 8:00 am, CST, but calculated from 48 hours prior. Up to date real-time power usage, and kilowatt specials and deals like other power companies have, for example (free nights/weekends, half off winters and summers) something like that. Otherwise, I love the prepaid power concept because its the most affordable electricity plan EVER. Sure feels good to Pay LESS!

Everything has been simple and very transparent. My only complaint is when trying to pay I always get a fraud message and then locked out. I have to go ingonito and clear my cookies everytime. i would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for that.
