I’ve been with the company I think 4 plus years now. They are awesome I love them I recommend to anyone. They offer a payment plan when you are in tuff times and can’t make ends meet plus allow a extra day if you need a little more time to catch up. I wouldn’t change companies for any reason at all.

I’ve been using this company for electric service for over a year. I appreciate that they send daily text of my balance. I couldn’t get regular electric without a huge deposit and Payless power made that so easy. I renewed for another year. I’ll definitely recommend to my friends.

They suck maybe me do all kinds of things with my landlord I turned it all in and they still made my family go 6 days without power put a hold on my meter but $200 credit with them
Response: Ms. Rendon- There is little that is more frustrating than not being able to get service connected due to a switch-hold . Unfortunately, when another company has a switch-hold in place we ,must provide documentation on your behalf for the other company to review. If they determine that the hold is valid we cannot proceed with enrollment and must refund your payment which is what occurred here. Easy set up. Joined after 6pm so have to wait till next day (Saturday). Hopefully they connect services to smart meters during the weekends! I look forward to finally having power during this heat and humidity.
