I love the service! I can pay as I go and not stress out over a bill coming. I can see on a daily basis what the usage is to detect if there is something I can do to minimize the impact on my bill. What a great way to have more control and alleviate the anxiety of what it will be during the colder or hotter months.

I have been a customer since 2016. My light usage per day was $2-$3 a day. Now I am being charged $11-$12 a day and I use the same amount of electricity???? ((STAY AWAY))

I love how I get daily alerts of my balance right at my fingertips via text. It keeps me on my toes since I’m always on my phone. I love how the link is always available and takes me straight to my account. Easy to log in and easy to pay.
