Sólo quiero saber el porqué estamos obligados a pagar una cantidad a la cuenta. Primero era de $ 10.00.. Luego le subieron a $ 20.00 Y ahora de $ 34.66… Esto lo hacen para obligar al cliente a pagar más de lo que se gasta o que busquemos otro proveedor porque si bien recuerdo esto es un servicio de prepago lo cual ningún cliente está obligado a permanecer como cliente… No me gusta que cambien sus formas o aumentos sin avisarle a sus clientes con previó aviso eso es falta de ética profesional y abuso moral… Les recordamos que no son los únicos proveedores en el área así que no estoy obligado a permanecer o aceptar este aumento inmoral sin aviso alguno..,
Love the service, very convenient payment system, while making payments in bits, not stressfull, feels like a savings account,also no BILL in the mail,i think pay as you go is the best way to go,but wud like the 20% off without the auto pay option

System works great & it’s nice constantly getting updates. However, customers paying AHEAD of schedule in advance should get same or cheap rate as contract.
