This company is knowingly stealing from my family I’ve asked my rate be honored and still can’t get a response but then get emails asking me my experience with customer support when there was none.

If I can rate zero stars I would this company absolutely is not a choice for those who seek great service. They do not offer 24/7 customer service so when you’re power goes out they will put a lock on your account and you are not able to pay

If you need to speak with a live representative, you can reach out to us from Monday through Friday between 9AM and 5PM. Charge too much, no payment plans. Wouldn’t recommend

In regards to a Deferred Payment Plan, customers can only set one up at a time. If your balance is positive ,or you have a current outstanding balance on a Deferred Payment Plan, then you will not be eligible for one. The service is very tedious when you are having to scround around for money just to keep a positive balance. People that are hurting with no vehicle and no way to get to work are able to pay this bill continuously. It’s a headache doing prepaid wish their was an option for monthly payments again!

While we understand you may desire a monthly billing, we are still working to provide those services, and would recommend making large payments to cover for a month's amount of usage to avoid any service interruptions.
