Payless Power does offer ways on qualifying on saving on your usage It's called the Flex Pay discount with this you will receive 20% of your usage when balance is maintained at $35 or more. I love how I can monitor my electricity usage on a daily basis via text message. The entire process is super easy from a simple phone call to set up to making a payment online.
