It has been charging me more and more every day

Payless Power bills it's customers based on how much electricity their home consumes. With your daily billing notification, we send the amount of electricity you have consumed on that day. You can also review your billing on the My Account Portal at paylesspower.com which will show you a breakdown of the charges you received on any given billing date.
