This service makes it easier to pay instead of calling the customer service number. The only recommendation I would make would be to keep up with the system failures.. In the past I have had issues with the online pay system working… It has now been running very efficiently…

I love knowing each day how much electricity I am using. No bill shock when you open a monthly bill.

Great company!! No hidden fees, easy to maintain your bill. I have saved hundreds of dollars after switching from TXU!! Customer service is outstanding!!! Would highly recommend them to anyone!!

I’ve had no problems whatsoever, and making a payment literally couldn’t be easier. I absolutely love the fact that I receive a text message every morning telling me my remaining balance. Highly recommend this company!
