The change over was easy no problems, I called in to ask about the rates it seems like I’m paying more they were very helpful in explaining the rates. I get a daily report of my balance and reminders when I get below my prepaid amount balance, so I’m happy.

My home is currently being repaired feom fire damage in Nov 2017 and Im still being charged daily although no power is being used and the main power breaker is disconnected.
