I have had Payless power for a little over 3 years. I love it! Not really any choices as far as plan options. No free nights and weekends or anything. But super easy to move with. Paid a fee of less than $3 and connection/disconnect was done same day. Texts keep you up to date on your account. Online payment is easy to do. Rates are pretty decent. Just don’t ignore those balance texts! They won’t let you run negative.

Great service without issues. Daily reminder of account details without having any extra calls or texts. Easy to stay on top of if you’re busy (or forgetful) and definitely affordable. Oh yeah. And screw you just energy……

Quite expensive. Energy costs fluctuate daily. If nothing changes, I get charged more. Then you get updates late that let you know your close to $30 and it’s too late arriving so you fall below minimum. Great way to cheat the system. Not really all it’s cracked up to be. I got the prepaid because a friend said it was better. It’s not better. Im a bit frustrated that texts are days behind.

We will be happy to go over this issue with you to independently confirm it with you. Also text messages for usage is billed 2 days in arrears due to our service being prepaid we only get 2 days to get the reads in from AEP. Balance is always actual & up to date. Payless Power does offer ways on qualifying on saving on your usage It's called the Flex Pay discount with this you will receive 20% of your usage when balance is maintained at $35 or more.
