Rates too high. Need a special program for disability customers

I do apologize we don't offer any programs, but Payless Power does offer ways on qualifying on saving on your usage It's called the Flex Pay discount with this you will receive 20% of your usage when balance is maintained at $35 or more. If I could leave negative stars I would. We signed up after being told it was on a regular plan being billed 1 time per month. We made a deposit and we thought it was good. No!!! in a weeks time we managed to use our whole deposit and were negative. We discovered this and paid then paid more the next week and more the next week we can’t switch the have a hold on our meter. Im trapped. I’m on ssi I need 1 monthly payment so I can budget. Now I’m in the dark all the time. I’m scared to turn on anything. With 4 kids and fixed income, this is the worst choice I made. $12- 14 a DAY! THAT’S ALMOST MY RENT!
