My power was disconnected because of non payment. Totally my fault but when I went to pay and get reconnected I got an error message saying something was wrong. It’s after business hours and there’s no way to fix it until they open at 8:30am. I live in Texas and it’s very hot here. I’ve never had this problem before. This is absolutely ridiculous there’s no way to solve issues like this or worse one’s if there was an emergency.
Response: Mr Harvey- Your comments state that following a disconnection you received an error message that prevented the reconnection of your service and there was none one available to assist you after hours. This is no doubt very frustrating . Since this was related to the payment method, we have a couple of options going forward. You can post a payment through www.moneygram.com if you have issues with our system, the Moneygram receive code is 14715. Also, we do have email support through 9:00 PM CST Mon-Fri and 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Sunday. So I received a charge back. I’m totally fine paying my charge back but to pay you guys an additional $29 is sad and bad business besides the 8pm extension there is no help to customer that have been with y’all over a year to have a person go from paying $38 to pay $98 just to have there service restored is sad y’all don’t know if customers information is stolen or anything long as y’all receive y’all money that’s horribe
Response: Mr. Roy- You are stating that there was a credit card chargeback on your account and you have been charged a fee of $29 due to this & you do not feel that this is fair. This is understandable and we would be happy to review your documentation involving the chargeback . A supervisor will contact you to review your documentation. My service was cut off I paid and it still not on
Response: Ms Patterson – You comments state that you paid to have your power reconnected but it had not been restored at the time you wrote your review. Any delays can be extremely frustrating when it comes to restoring power. Our records show that you were able to contact us last night and your power was restored in about 3 hours. Please note that with remote meters , the normal time is within 2 hours however this can be delayed after hours as Oncor doesn’t not have the same staffing resources as they would during the day.
