I’m cool for how it work in a time of crunch or hardship. But the inconsistence fluctuation of the kw price is annoying.

First, please keep in mind that the 6-month and 12-month plans we offer are fixed-rate plans. That means the price per KWH we charge will not change during the contract term. Payless Power charges its customers based on how much electricity they use. We always inform customers of the amount they used and were charged for with their daily billing notifications.
