I was a little upset with how easy it was for someone to give my address by mistake to start up service, therefore throwing off my services. Other than that I like Payless power, I have dealt with this company before a few years ago and I had them for about 2 yrs straight but they don’t seem as good as they used to be.

We do apologize that this happened, This is very common in apartment complexes, for example if someone new moved in provided the wrong apartment number to their electric company requesting to start new service or tenants mistakenly provide wrong apartment numbers as well.
