This company just needs nicer customer service reps and more options to help customers.

We also know how important it is for our customers to receive more time to make payments on their accounts when they need it. Every call with a Payless Power representative is recorded, and a supervisor can review any call should a customer receive incorrect information or otherwise poor customer service. You simply have to contact us at 1-888-963-9363 and request for a call review. In regards to additional time, every customer can access the My Account Portal at paylesspower.com to see if there are any extension options available.
