I love this service you know what your getting up front. Most light companies it like a surprise when you get a bill. You get daily reminders on your balance you know daily your usage so it helps you stay on budget

Payless power has been awesome. They noted all the reasons that the outages were occurring and given more information then really was needed and that’s great cuz they better be prepared next time if you have all the facts so thank God for a great wonderful job that y’all have been doing and we appreciate y’all so much
