Honestly, I love the low 40$ activation fee I spent so much on my home, and I love I can see my usage I’m able to control it better and save money in the long run

Never have had a connection fee, disappointed. But, if plan saves me the $77, will be with it. Not pleased yet with prepay, but will see. I prefer to pay for services rendered. Again, if saves me money, good. I will review my decision in 12 months.

Yes this is not a good way to go thru are charging fees that’s freaking ridiculous when I first got them it was great this past year has been money hungry I’m switching my provider I pay almost 300 a month no cool
Response: Your comment states you’re unhappy with the service since the company has changed their policy on payments. We do have options that will help assist you on avoiding that fee. The reason of these changes is all due to inflation that is causing the cost of electricity going up.
