Charged nearly 16 a day for under 1000 SQ ft. No washer dryer. Little electric use. How? That is 450 a month. That is what someone would pay in a much larger home with washing etc. Tried to call several times but I’m 175 or more in line

Response: Mr Craven- Your comments state that you feel you are being charged the same amount for your small apartment as someone with a large house. This is a serious issue and I can see why you would be highly concerned. A supervisor will contact you to discuss the historical usage at your residence which , in fact is mor in alignment with a larger house that an apartment. This could very well be related to the condition of your AC unit . You may want to reach out to your property maintenance to check the refrigerant gas levels etc. A unit low on coolant can result in much higher electricity consumption… especially in summer heat. 888-963-9363 Published on August 04, 2022
Most expensive electric company and hardest electric companies to get away from . The prices per week you pay is outrageous!! It shouldn’t cost for an small apartment close to $400 dollars a month when ever it used to only cost me $25 bucks a week for my electric. You get turned off if you even a penny negitive or even 5 dollars negative.. in my opinion this has been the worst electric company I think I’ve ever chosen to go with . I’m trying to switch but they don’t make it easy on you too do so

It’s a big deal when a customer feels this way and we take such experiences seriously . All consumers regardless of their electric company have been feeling the combo of record heat and high electric prices caused by the natural gas market. This service is very poor from the wait times on the phone there is always at least 80+ People already waiting to speak with a rep then these people cut your service during crazy hot weather very inconvenient because I have a set pay schedule and I cannot pay everyday if you send a contact form online no one contacts back for days but they have someone available to respond on all of these comments and surprisingly I still have to wait on the phone for a rep to answer… leaving this company as soon as possible!

Response: Mr Haygood, A supervisor is reaching to you to discuss your issue and experiences. Long delays to speak to an agent is not a good thing and the record heat has been resulting in record call volume. We will research your issue with delayed email responses because during business hours , emails should be responded to within 1 hour and I do not see a record of email contacts from you. Please note that we work closes with the State and national weather service in relation to heat advisories. I do not recommend this company at all,I only had it for less than a week and I have spent 20$ a day its just crazy,too much money it is unbelievable.

Response: Ms Hernandez- Your review says that you have only been with us a week but you’re shocked by home much you are being charged daily . What you are experiencing is not unusual for customers new to daily billing. The truth is that with this being the hottest time of the year , you will likely use more power now than any other time of the year. You consumption is quite high and the benefit of daily billing is that you do have an opportunity to try to make adjustments. That’s hard when its been as hot as it’s been but you at least have an opportunity to stay within your budget . if you had post-paid service its too late by the time you get the bill. A supervisor is reaching out go over with billing and service options with you.
